Social Membership is now £30.00 with all other fees frozen for 2019.

At the General Committee meeting on Monday 4th March it was decided to freeze all Membership Fees for 2019 with the exception of Social Membership which will increase to £30.00.

The cost of Social Membership has not changed for many years but with social members entitled to significant discounts on the purchase of drinks at the bar, on presentation of a valid club membership card, along with the offer of 1 free room hire a year General Committee believe that this still represents excellent value for money.

All paying members are reminded that they are also entitled to the above benefits. If you haven’t already got a club membership card then please ask for one at the bar. Room hire is subject to availability and more details can be found on our dedicated Function Room website. Please share these details with any friends and family who may be looking to book a venue in the future.

The full list of Membership Fees for 2019 are detailed below with annual payment being due in April. A monthly payment option is available for all categories apart from Social Membership.

Senior Sports Membership - £120.00 or £10.00 per month
Senior Sports Membership (Unemployed/Students/Apprentice) - £65.00 or £5.42 per month
Social Membership - £30.00
Patrons - £96.00 or £8.00 per month

Membership can be paid in full with a Debit or Credit Card or on a monthly Direct Debit by visiting the Payments section of the club website.

Monthly Direct Debit - Members already paying by this method do not need to take any action unless your circumstances have changed and you now fall into a different category. If that is the case you will need to cancel your existing Direct Debit once the March instalment has been paid and set up a new one for the relevant category to start from April. For those members setting up a new monthly Direct Debit option please note that the first payment will be taken 2 or 3 working days after you register. Please therefore ensure you register on a date that is best for you. If you haven't already done so you will need to register as a member on the club website in order to set up the new Direct Debit.

Junior Membership - You will need to pay your membership fees to the Junior Committee at the pre-season registration meeting on Friday 12th April.

Patrons & Squash Members Paying By Monthly Standing Order - We would like to invite all members who are currently paying by Standing Order to switch to Direct Debit instead so that all monthly membership income can be managed in a consistent way by the relevant club officers. Having everything paid the same way will greatly assist the club in checking that all monthly payments are up to date.

How To Switch To Monthly Direct Debit

1. Cancel your existing standing order with your bank after you have paid your March instalment.
2. Go to the Payments page of the club website and select the relevant product. The first payment will be taken 2 or 3 working days after you register. Please therefore ensure you register on a date that is best for you. If you haven't already done so you will need to register as a member on the club website in order to set up the new Direct Debit.

Patrons - If you wish to continue to pay by monthly Standing Order we would respectfully ask, if you haven’t already done so, that you please increase your instalments to £8.00. We are conscious that the price increase that came into effect in April 2018 may not have been effectively communicated to everyone. Your co-operation and ongoing support would be very greatly appreciated.
