Highfield recently gained promotion to the Liverpool Comp after finishing runners up to Rainford. Burscough finished 6th in the same league(Div 1), so whoever we welcome to Werneth Low Road expect a tough game.

Hyde, drawn in group 6 will face a very tricky road if they are to build on the success of last seasons cup run with some big names in the way. New Brighton, Bowdon, Chester, Leigh, Bootle, Neston, Rainford, St Helens, Stretford, Wallasey, Wigan and Northern all make up the rest of the group.

The good news is if successful the 1stXI will be at home in each round of group 6.
