Senior Cricket and Squash players wishing to pay their Sports Membership Fees from April 2018 by monthly Direct Debit please sign up now!

At the General Committee meeting on Monday 5th March it was decided to make some changes to how Senior Sports Membership Fees are to be paid by monthly Direct Debit. The first instalment is due to be collected on 1st April so in order to ensure that your payment can be collected on time we need members wishing to pay by this method to sign up as soon as possible so that the mandates can be sent to their bank in plenty of time.

Following last year's trial with senior cricket players paying their 2017 Membership Fees by 10 monthly instalments, primarily due to the delay in getting things set up, the General Committee have decided to revert back to payments being collected every month from April 2018. The Committee also decided to invite senior squash members currently paying by a monthly standing order to switch over to paying by Direct Debit instead so that all monthly membership income can be managed in a consistent way across both sections by the relevant club officers. Having everything paid the same way will greatly assist in this currently very onerous task.

There are 2 products to choose from. Please ensure that you pick the correct one based on your circumstances particularly if they have changed from last year.

1. Senior Sports Membership to cover the £120.00 annual fee.
2. Senior Sports Membership for the unemployed or students to cover the £65.00 annual fee. Please note that this has increased from £60.00 to match the fee that our junior sports members pay.

Due to the above changes cricket players who paid last year by Direct Debit will need to set up a new instruction with their bank and an email will be sent inviting them to sign up for the new monthly plan. The email will also go to those members who did pay by a single payment last year to make the sign up process as easy as possible if they would now prefer to pay monthly instead. If you want to stick to a one-off payment please read on.

Squash players swapping over to the new payment method need to do the following.
1. Cancel your existing standing order with your bank after you have paid your March instalment.
2. Go to the Payments page of the club website and select the relevant product. If you haven't already done so you will need to register as a member on the club website in order to set up the new Direct Debit.

It's as simple as that. However if you do have any issues then please do not hesitate to contact Mike Karpinsky.

Updated 16th March - For those members who prefer to pay their Senior Sports Membership fees in full we now have a new payment provider which will enable such payments to be paid through the club website by credit or debit card. To pay your membership fees in this way please go to the Payments page and select the relevant option.

Junior members - you will still need to pay your membership fees to the Junior Committee at the pre-season meeting.
