Hyde CSC Squash 1 Lose at Title Contenders

Hyde CSC Squash 1st Team lost their second game of the season to a strong Northern 1 team 5-0, with all five of the team losing 3-0.

Although none of the team played poorly, in truth they all failed to hit a consistent enough length with their drives and made too many errors when in positions to win rallies.

This will be one of the toughest games of the season for the first team and The Northern with the potential to bring in 2 players ranked in the top 30 in the world are genuine contenders for the league championship. Despite the heavy defeat this tough game will help the team be sharper and stronger in the coming games.

Next week sees them play at home against Liverpool CC Squash 1st team. The game starts at 7:30pm and all spectators are welcome.
