Hyde's first team's next game is at home at Tuesday 12th January against title favourites The Northern.

Hyde field the same team that won away at Wigan in the last fixture, which now sees them sitting fourth in the league.

The Northern are sending a strong team up to Hyde, showing just how far the improving first team have come over the first half of the season. The Northern team includes the world no 129, Ashley Davies, at 3 and North West Counties League top ranked player, Andy Whipp, at 2. The stand out player in The Northern's team is, however, their number one and the world no 32 Nafiizwan Adnan whose match against Hyde's George Parker, world no 82, should be the highlight of the night.
