We are delighted to announce the signing of match winning all-rounder Andrew Jackson, from Toft CC.
After relocating to the Manchester area for work commitments and once learning of the clubs vision, Hyde CSC was the obvious choice.
The economical and wicket taking opening bowler and destructive middle order bat fits the player profile new skipper Cranmer was looking to recruit, and will be a much needed and valued asset to the first team squad.

Danny Cranmer said ‘we are delighted to announce the signing of Andrew Jackson. We have been a big admirer of Andrew’s for a number of years and we are extremely pleased to sign someone of his quality. After Jason Whittaker decided to leave the club after 8 fantastic seasons opening the bowling, it was imperative that we tried to find someone to replace Jason. For me Andrew is one of the finest all rounders in the league and I believe he will be a huge success at Hyde with both bat & ball.’

Andrew had the following to say upon joining the club, I am really looking forward to playing at Hyde, a place I’ve always enjoyed playing at with other sides, the club leaders have a great vision which I look forward to being a part of.
