Having moved into the local area in 2025 Rabeel played his cricket for Cheshire League side Styal CC last season. His stats for Styal suggest that Rabeel was very capable of playing at a higher level.

Having impressed at winter training during the past few weeks Hyde have moved quickly to sign the 26 year old despite the interest of many other local teams in the area.

Rabeel is the second signing Hyde have made this winter following the news that Australian all rounder Coby Fitzsimmons will be arriving at Hyde as their overseas player in April.

Hyde hope to announce more new players in the near future.
