Q1. Who is the quickest bowler you’ve ever faced?

A1: Could have been Brett Lee but intentionally ran myself out on debut in Sydney before he came back on! So I'd go with either Ezra Mosley (West Indies) ask Graham Gooch about him or Yasir Ali who pro'd for Elworth in Cheshire cup final against Alderley Edge!

Q2. Most talented cricketer you’ve played with?

A2: Andy Flower for Eastbourne CC- he made batting an art.

Q3. What's your biggest regret in cricket?

A3: Playing in Bolton area for too long and not taking my opportunities and fulfilling my potential whilst I had several trial games for Sussex! (Going out every night on away trips probably didn't help either!)

Q4. Is it true that you once sledged David Fitzsimmons by saying the following... "I want to bury you under my patio."

A4: True. He nicked off and didn't a walk when I was playing for OPCC. He still hasn't apologised! 3 years ago I called him back at Alderley Edge when the umpire gave him out and I said the ball didn't carry! He's not said thank you for that either!

Q5. Who’s better, Matt Hanna or Glen McGrath?

A5: To be fair you wouldn't fancy your chances against the pair of them would you! But being realistic McGrath! (See occasionally I can be sensible)

Q6. Who’s the worst footballer in the 1stXI?

A6: Khalid Sawas (to be fair we're not bad at footie are we)

Q7. Who’s the biggest joker in the dressing room?

A7: There's a great team spirit at Hyde and I've enjoyed that this year. Biggest joker is hard because there's not been many practical jokes played but regards just being stupid and daft then that would probably have to be: Who is it? Edith!

Q8. Who’s got the worst dress sense?

A8: Khalid Sawas- always has the same burgundy skinny trousers on with a hoodie. Probably been home made in the factory!!

Q9. Who’s got the worst dance moves?

A9: Well, despite my degree in Dance! Yes Dance (as well as PE) I have no rhythm, timing or coordination so I'd be right up there! You not remember Worcester, Daniel Berry, getting low low low!!!!!!

Q10. Who’s your best mate at the club?

A10: What I like about Hyde is you can genuinely have a beer with any of the team and feel comfortable and strike up a conversation. Couldn't always do that elsewhere with some of the players!!!!! I've enjoyed getting to know some the lads a little bit more this year- lads who I'd played with or against but never really had an opportunity to get to know them eg. Khalid, Tips and Bobby. I knew Bezza and Duff through my Cheshire days and have had some great times with them both on and off the pitch.

Q11. What are your aims for the 2015 season?

A11: Club- to retain the premiership title firstly and have a county cup run all way to final. Personally- always aim for 50 league wickets and to be leading wicket taker at Hyde and in top 5 wicket takers in league!

Q12. Man City retaining the title or Hyde retaining the title?

A12: I'll go with Hyde - I've only a few years left playing at premiership level so I want to win as much as I can at Hyde before I either call it a day or descend through the ranks and play with Joseph. In comparison there's plenty of successful years ahead to enjoy at City!
