
The General Committee are pleased to confirm that there are no increases in Membership Fees for 2022. After all the turmoil of the last couple of years it will be great to welcome members back for the new cricket season and for us all to be able to make full use of the club’s facilities. It has been a real pleasure to see the squash section spring back into action in recent months and for players to be able to fully use the courts again with new members joining across the age groups. Our other indoor sport, table tennis, was able to resume league fixtures too with practice nights also to be scheduled from late March if you are interested in playing.
After the comprehensive refurbishment of the club house last year we now have a first class function room available to hire for any occasion. The number of events hosted in the last year and the increased number of enquiries resulting in confirmed future bookings will help the club thrive for the benefit of current and future members.
Members in the Senior Sports, Senior Squash and Patron categories are entitled to claim 1 free room hire a year, subject to availability. For Social and Family members room hire prices are negotiable based on the type of event, number of guests attending, catering and bar staffing requirements.

The full list of Membership Fees for 2022 are detailed below with annual payment being due in April. A monthly payment option is available for all categories apart from Social and Family Membership.
Senior Sports Membership - £120.00 or £10.00 per month
Senior Sports Membership (Unemployed/Students/Apprentice) - £65.00 or £5.42 per month
Senior Squash Membership - £120.00 or £10.00 per month
Senior Squash Membership (Unemployed/Students/Apprentice) - £65.00 or £5.42 per month
Family Membership - £40.00
Social Membership - £30.00
Patrons - £96.00 or £8.00 per month
Membership can be paid in full with a Debit or Credit Card, including via Apple or Google Pay, or on a monthly Direct Debit, where applicable, by visiting the Payments section of the club website.
Monthly Direct Debit - Members already paying by this method do not need to take any action unless your circumstances have changed and you now fall into a different category. If that is the case you will need to cancel your existing Direct Debit once the March instalment has been paid and set up a new one for the relevant category to start from April. For those members setting up a new monthly Direct Debit option please note that the first payment will be taken 2 or 3 working days after you register. Please therefore ensure you register in late March at the earliest and on a date that is best for you. If you haven't already done so you will need to register as a member on the club website in order to set up the new Direct Debit.
Junior Membership - You will need to pay your membership fees to the Junior Committee. The pre-season Junior Registration meeting is scheduled for Friday 8th April with a 6.30 pm start. This will include a family quiz and a pre-ordered fish & chip service which proved to be very popular at the last junior awards evening.
Patrons & Squash Members Paying By Monthly Standing Order - We would like to invite all members who are currently paying by Standing Order to switch to Direct Debit instead so that all monthly membership income can be managed in a consistent way by the relevant club officers. Having everything paid the same way will greatly assist the club in checking that all monthly payments are up to date.
How To Switch To Monthly Direct Debit
1. Cancel your existing standing order with your bank after you have paid your March instalment.
2. Go to the Payments page of the club website and select the relevant product. The first payment will be taken 2 or 3 working days after you register. Please therefore ensure you register in late March at the earliest and on a date that is best for you. If you haven't already done so you will need to register as a member on the club website in order to set up the new Direct Debit.
Patrons - If you wish to continue to pay by monthly Standing Order we would respectfully ask, if you haven’t already done so, that you please increase your instalments to £8.00 in line with the current fees detailed above. Your co-operation and ongoing support would be very greatly appreciated.
